“The person responsible for setting off homemade bombs at three different homes is still at-large. The frightening attacks happened in Stafford County and Fredericksburg early Tuesday morning. Fredericksburg Police say the bombings were connected.
The first explosion happened on Normandy Avenue in Fredericksburg around 4 a.m. The woman who lives there alone with her dog, escaped unharmed. The blast rocked the neighborhood.”
