Happy to hear that you caught a theft who happen to be a TSA Officer, unfortunately, i had (2) bad experiences with TSA Security at Newark, NJ Airport, and Kansa City Airport, while traveling with my dog, on American Airlines, training needs to keep occuring, very disrepectful individuals (not all), not very sensitive…i’am tried of hearing about those old women, their not liars, incident that occurred at the Kennedy Airport in NY…Sensitive Training needs to be mandatory, and be done frequently .Us three women had troubles and been disrepected, as American Citizens..I served in the US Navy for (8) years, and support my troops! i have worked Security after my Service time, you still have to be sensitive and use common sense, and keep training I was happy went the government took over Security, but some of these Officers should not be in this field. I understand Security, and appreciate that, but, what those women went through is wrong, and need a deep, sincere apology… when you are upset do to an airline check in with dog, should ask; is something, can i help, sensitive training, and common sense. anyhow, i would appreciate your understanding, and reinforce the training, strongly, and watch who you hire. i’am a Disabled Veteran, and i’am concerned for our security as well, but they need to be considerate with the passengers in the Airports, unless they see weapons or terror threats around, they need to be polite, understanding and use better judgement…..So, Thank you for listening to me, and Securing Our Country…and Thanks to Our Troops…and “God Bless To All”! deborah a hodgdon
