The Associated Press: Feds pulled SC gov’s security status for a week: “Federal documents show the Department of Homeland Security temporarily pulled South Carolina Gov. Mark Sanford’s classified security clearance following his secret trip to Argentina.

The Post and Courier of Charleston reported Wednesday that a Homeland Security division chief notified Sanford in a July letter that the Republican governor’s actions raised questions about his judgment and trustworthiness.”
