		<description>I had to read the Examiner directly to gain context. Seems that the author doesn&#039;t understand the Probable Cause concept given the 4th Amendment prohibition against unreasonable searches/seizures.

What makes this arrest/detention lawsuit-worthy is the absence of Probable Cause.  Carried money doesn&#039;t blow up airplanes or violate any other law.</description>
