Speaking at the US Army War College in Carlisle, Pennsylvania Wednesday, President George Bush defended his record on homeland security.

Stating that “there can be no debate” on his record of preventing another attack on the US after the September 11 attacks, the president argued that it wasn’t “a matter of luck” that there hasn’t been another attack after his security policies took effect. (RTT News)
