If it turns out to be true that the “U.K.had denied him an entry visa where he was Schooled and was able to secure multiple visa to the U.S,then there was a negligent of duty by a Consul Staffer to say the least.Besides the source of the funds,where and where he came by the funds,and especially the Bank or finicial instituition;did he have the funds on him in Ghana or Nigeria and the totality of his funds.
